Who you're dealing with
This site is operated by Five18 Enterprises, 407 N Pacific Coast Hwy, Unit 1218, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, United States, trading as Tent-Acles!. “We” and “us” mean Five18 Enterprises. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Our products are designed for children, but the transaction is with an adult.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation, and the contract forms at that point. We may decline an order — if an item can't be produced, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we've already taken payment we refund it in full.
Items are printed to order. Please see Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, both calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.
Product descriptions
We describe things as accurately as we can. Colors vary between screens and printed fabric, and handmade and printed items carry small variations — that isn't a defect. Anything genuinely wrong is covered by the returns terms.
Our characters and artwork
Ollie, Charlie, Sam, Jasmine, Molly and Paulie, the Tent-Acles! name and logo, the comics, and all artwork and text on this site are owned by Five18 Enterprises. A trademark application for “Tent-Acles!” has been submitted and a provisional patent has been filed on the connector system.
You're welcome to share our pages, photograph your own fort, and post about it. You may not reproduce the characters or artwork commercially, sell merchandise using them, or use them to imply we endorse something. If you want to do something with them, just ask.
If you send us something
If you send us a drawing, photo, idea or suggestion, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to show it on our site and social channels with credit. Don't send anything you don't have the right to send. Children's submissions must come through a parent or guardian — see our Privacy Policy.
Safe use
Fort building involves poles, fabric and furniture. Our products are intended for supervised play by children aged 3 and over, indoors, following the instructions supplied. They are not climbing frames and are not intended to bear a child's weight. Small parts and long poles carry obvious risks; adult supervision is required during assembly.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded — and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
