Say hello

Get in touch

Email is quickest, and it's the best way to reach us about an order, the fort kit, or when the shop opens.

What to write about

• Orders and returns — include your order number if you have one. See Shipping & Returns first; it may answer it faster.
• The fort kit — specifications, launch timing, early access.
• Press and media — happy to talk about the design, the patent, and how the thing came about.
• Retail and wholesale — not open yet, but tell us who you are and we'll come back to you when it is.
• Schools and preschools — classroom and group inquiries are welcome.

A note about children writing in

We love hearing from kids, and we only correspond with grown-ups. If a child wants to send us a drawing or a question, please send it from a parent or guardian's email address. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — see our Privacy Policy.
